FORM Names Nancy Milhous CFO

Adds Expert in Managing Global Growth to Expanding Leadership Team

Milhous brings FORM deep financial expertise and a track record of helping growing software companies expand globally. As CFO, she will play a critical role in shaping the company’s growth strategy.

Before joining FORM, Milhous was Corporate Controller at ETQ, a quality, EHS, food safety, and compliance management software leader. Previously, she served as Vice President Corporate Controller at Accruent, a provider of intelligent solutions for the built environment. She also has held senior accounting and reporting roles at Epicor Software Corp, Bubba Gump Shrimp Company, Fluor, and Deloitte.
