PhotoWorks Updates
We’ve made several updates to PhotoWorks to enhance your experience, making photo organization and sharing easier than ever. Collapsible and sortable filters provide a clearer view of all your photos, while updated navigation makes it effortless to save filter views and create Smart Albums.

Searchable List Workflow Conditions
Admins can now trigger Workflow conditions based on searchable list selections, adding more flexibility and precision to task automation. This enhancement ensures seamless integration with Catalog Items, allowing mobile users to drive Workflow actions with their selections—streamlining processes and improving efficiency in the field.
Place Upload via Custom ID
Match and update Places using the Custom ID field with Advanced Configuration. This feature lets you create and update Places in a single upload, streamlining data management and ensuring consistency across your records.
Configurable Tables
You can now customize your table view for Places, Catalogs, Catalog Items, and Missions. Easily reorder columns using drag-and-drop in the new configurable header, with support for up to six sticky columns for better visibility and control.
Smart UAPs
Ensure the right Missions reach the right users in the right locations with Smart User Assigned Places. Designed for teams managing routes, territories, or account lists, this feature helps leaders gain visibility while keeping field teams focused on what matters most.
Undo Task Order in Mission Builder
Users can now quickly undo up to the last five actions when reordering tasks and sections while building Missions. This update improves efficiency and reduces frustration, giving you more flexibility with task organization without worrying about mistakes.
